I loved the quick transfer service and snacks in the room were great. The bed was comfy too! One morning, I was in a bit of a bind, and a staff member kindly paid €2 for my breakfast when I didn’t have the right change.

I was so excited to stay at this so-called Heaven Premium Hotel but was utterly disappointed. The room was unbearably hot, and the shower reeked of sewage. I expected a complimentary drink after such a terrible experience, but got nothing. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t ignore the lack of hooks and support.

Very close to the airport, clean, and spacious Beautiful Single Room. The staff was super helpful, especially Dicle at reception, who went out of her way to assist with my card issues. I enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. A smooth experience, especially for a short layover! 😊

Fridge issues plagued multiple rooms, with several not working properly. Inconsistent power outlets made basic amenities like kettles useless. Noise from traffic and planes was bothersome, especially in the front-facing rooms. Sink faucet wobbled in all three rooms encountered, leading to a feeling of neglect on the maintenance front. Drainage smells made the experience less pleasant than it could have been.

Consider requesting a room towards the back to minimize traffic noise, as the front-facing rooms can be quite loud.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting me with my suitcase and ensuring my check-in was smooth and friendly. The room was incredibly clean, with comfortable bedding and good amenities. I especially appreciated the delicious coffee made by Ahmed, which always came with a warm smile.

The noise from airplanes can be quite disruptive during peak hours!!! Limited dining options nearby make it a hassle when hunger strikes, and the inconsistent ventilation in rooms can lead to discomfort. Also, the lack of clearer transportation info might confuse first-time travelers!!!

I appreciated how clean everything was, and the quick access to the airport was perfect for my layover. The comfy bed and well-equipped room, complete with tea and snacks, made my short stay very enjoyable. The staff also went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring a smooth check-in process. One thing I'd suggest is improving the check-in payment system to prevent any hiccups during arrival.

Great flat-screen TV and excellent Wi-Fi. but parking was inconvenient and hard to find.

The location is perfect for airport access, just an 11-minute taxi ride away. I enjoyed the fast internet which was a great perk after traveling all day, and the staff promptly took my bags at arrival, making the check-in process seamless. I appreciated having a lovely garden view. it added a nice touch to the stay.

The room faced some noise from outside, which could be disruptive at times.
